The TKM brand extends out to multiple wholly owned or affiliated entities that actively manage a wide-ranging real estate investment portfolio. The portfolio includes active investments in building multi-family units in the North East; operating multi-family rental properties in both FL and the North East, investing in and acquiring select commercial mortgages in FL, holding ownership positions in over 20 large scale real estate projects that run the gamut from Large Scale Retail to Premium Office Towers to Class A residential. These include positions and investments in the shops and stores at Cooper Mountain, the shops and stores at Stratton Mountain, the Morgan Stanley Tower in St Peterburg, The Sarasota City Center building in Sarasota, The RIM Shopping Center in San Antonio, The Glade Shopping Center in Dallas TX, and class A residential buildings in Dallas, San Antonio, La Mesa California and many other well-known locations.We often partner with other investors and seek strategic partners on select real estate deals and investments. We are always on the lookout for strategic partners that seek to invest with us or alongside of us and/or knowledgeable or connected individuals that can bring potential deals to us. Scott Kiley, the managing director of TKM, is the primary point person for our real estate investment division as well as our related entities.
